We Love Teaching Undergrads
Our low student/faculty ratio (13:1), is only part of the story. The impressive part is how our students and faculty get to know each other, research, publish and present together, and form lasting relationships.
And our professors still find time to do their own research, publish, present, and teach domestic and international learning communities!
Faculty Research & GrantsSince May 2008, our faculty have written or edited nearly 35 books, published almost 140 articles and reviews, and given nearly 250 conference presentations or invited talks – some of which were given in partnership with Stonehill students as a part of the Stonehill Undergraduate Research Exprerience (SURE) program. In the past decade, Stonehill faculty have received several significant grants. They have also expanded interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary programs and established a Department of Physics. Selected grant highlights include: National Science Foundation (NSF)
Davis Educational Foundation
Fulbright & Fulbright Scholar Programs
