How to Apply

First-Year Applicant Checklist
In order to be considered for admission to Stonehill, First-Year Applicants are required to submit the following:
- A completed application
- A completed Stonehill Supplement Form
- The $60.00 filing fee
- A completed Secondary School Report Form
- One (1) completed Teacher Evaluation Form
- Any additional, relevant supplemental forms
- A Transcript
Your guidance counselor will need to submit your official high school transcript including grades 9, 10, 11 and the first quarter of grade 12. The transcript should also include class rank (if calculated) and cumulative grade point average (GPA). Senior year first-quarter grades are required and must be submitted prior to the Mid-Year Report and Final Report.

Transfer Applicant Checklist
In order to be considered for admission to Stonehill, Transfer Applicants are required to submit the following:
- A completed transfer application*
- A completed Stonehill Supplemental Information Form
- The $60.00 filing fee
- A completed College Official’s Form
- One (1) completed Instructor Evaluation Form
- A completed Mid-Term Report form
- A completed Secondary School Final Report form along with a final high school transcript
- Official transcripts from all colleges attended
- Course descriptions for all college courses taken
- Download a list of Frequently Asked Questions

International Applicant Checklist
In order to be considered for admission to Stonehill, International Applicants are required to submit the following:
- A completed application*
- A completed Supplemental Form
- The $60.00 filing fee
- A completed Secondary School Report Form
- One (1) completed Teacher Evaluation Form
- Any additional, relevant supplemental forms
- A Transcript
